My CMS ZCI had gotten worn a bit and I'd been meaning to replace it. Need to do up some face frame sticks and decided now was the time.

Grab some 1/4" hardboard; if you're gonna make one, might as well make six:

Double tape the original on for a pattern:

Use a pattern bit to do the final shaping:

I use the original as a drill guide as long as it's already taped on anyway:

I feel ready now. I am so easily pleased. I love being able to line up right where the blade is going to cut:
