Removing Dried Titebond III From Concrete

Any know how to remove dried Titebond III from a concrete garage floor. The big drops I can scrape off, but it's the dried smeared stuff that I'm concerned with. I'm planning on painting the floor with Seal Krete one part garage floor paint and need to get everthing nice and clean before painting.

I've found that even smears scrape off with a razor blade. Ask me "how I know bout dis Lucy"

Agreed, serious scraping with a razor. A heat gun doesn't hurt either. The glue gets soft wayyyy before the concrete does ;-)
