It looks like a copy of an epilog machine, looking at the X axis slide and the rotatry engraver, which might be a good thing. The questions that I would like answers on are
1) Do you need to install a PCI card in your computer to run the laser
2) Does it have any network print capability
3) Does it have a printer driver software
4) What does "no wear and tear on the laser point" mean?
5) What does "High Energy Optics" mean, I thought this was more of a marketing term from Epilog.
6) There is no mention of actual speed.
7) Is a air cooled version available
8) Does it come with a heat exchanger for cooling?

If you get satisfying answers fro these questions then you can go to the real questions about the laser tube , its stability , local support etc..

Search here for Chinese laser and do the same on www.engravingetc.org (http://www.engravingetc.org)
There have been a lot of posts about these machines and there is a chap on EE who is documenting his adventures with a smaller one made by the same co.
I was considering getting one , the FOB price of a 1200 x 600 with an 80w tube was $4k or less!!!!
Worth while taking a chance on IMHO
