I'm a newbie who tried making my first shop tool cabinet using box joints. After final assembly, I measured opposing corners and found that one diagonal measured 1/8th inch longer than the other. :( Is it possible to square my cabinet at this point? I still need to add the doors, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Thomas, have you glued it up?

If not, determine which piece is too long or short or if your just need to scew it a bit when gluing up. Measure or check the pieces. If one is too long then just recut or tweak the one joint. If one is too short then you may have to make all the others a bit shorter as well. Otherwise if all dimensions are okay then adjust it when you clamp it up for gluing, but some others may be able to offer some more advice in that respect.

And if you have glued it up :D

well you dont say the length of it but 1/8 inch isn't a huge amount
stick a sash clamp across the long corner diagonal with suitable protection from the jaws damaging the edge.
Clamp her 1/4 in and screw the back on :)
check
make doors to fit
