Does anyone know where I can get one of these adapters (MT2 to 3/4-10)? I know I've seen them but can't find them now that I want one.
I bought the 8" buffing wheels months ago for a buffing system. I'll mount them between centers on a long piece of 3/4-10 rod. I plan to use my old lathe from the 30's for my buffing station.
I already checked with Beall to see if they'd sell me one from their "3-on-lathe" kits but they won't. I don't know if Beall has the MT2 taper built into the rod or if they use an adapter.
FYI-I would have bought the kit from Beall except that their "3-on-lathe" system only allows for bowls smaller than 8" because of the 4" wheel spacing.
