Meet my buddy John. Other than being a bit green today he was willing to help me mount a mobile base. We get to do it again tomorrow - HTC base wheel locks require me to rotate the base 180 degrees. I love that HTC base though. United strap did 100% of the lifting, bright yellow strap was the backup safety strap.

Ahhh John...

I brought my Grizzly shaper to the shop from the road (300+ feet) with my friend Alice.

She's old and ugly but still works well.

Nice score on that jointer. I hope to be adding something larger soon.

Beautiful. It's nerve-racking to try to treat something that heavy with the TLC it deserves.

I suppose Ms Blue, will help me with my next purchase..

Congrats on the new jointer.

BTW: You sure do have alot of nice shiny new toys accumulating in your shop.

All the best

Wow! That is one nice piece of equipment, Mike! The jointer ain't too shabby, either! :D Nothing like having the right tool to help setup the right tool, heh? I've got the 30's little brother. Think you'll enjoy it! Keep us posted after you take it for a test drive. :)

Mike, I see a problem with that jointer. You better send it to me to make sure it is safe for use.:D Nice jointer, one of these days I hope to upgrade from my garage sale specail to something that is nice and big.
