Hi Charles: I tried to get the rebate and it would not pop up in the check-out. I called Amazon and they said that promotion was over in December. Is there a promotion number on the email from amazon? The person I talked to said that they don't send emails.

Dates for rebates are Feb 1,2007 until March 31,2007
I posted the link a few weeks back,in apost about the saws.

The Makita rebate is online at Makita dot com under their promotions section. The $150 that is listed in the original post is taken after you add the item to your cart and then click proceed to checkout. You should see the discount in the box in the upper right hand corner.
