Anyone know if the PM "Rout-R Lift" option for the 66 works in the 2000? I'm considering an upgrade to my old Delta contractor saw and the 3HP 2000 looks like it might be everything I need if I can easily turn it into a router station too. I'm short on space.

Thanks.

I'm Sure you can use this lift as I'm about to put in my PM 66.
I am not sure this is the best lift out there. Review I read in Mag cut it on marginal access to bit replacement. I also wonder with such a large plate if you can put in a miter slot close enough to work to be useful. Having said all that I'm still putting mine in this week.

Rout-R-Lift is the original JessEm lift design. It's perfectly functional and will work with all routers, but it isn't "state of the art". I have one in my current stand alone router table and have not been unhappy with it outside of the distance between the router base and the top when it's fully raised...bent wrenches are not optional... ;)
