I just picked up my SawStop.
5HP with 52" rails and extension table

It is in the truck right now. Have 2 guys coming over in a couple of hours to unload it.

I am giddy like a school girl

Never had a cabinet saw before and I think this will likely be the last. I am upgrading from a RIDGID TS3650 contractor saw, which was a great saw by the way.

OH well enough gloating

Big jump! That's great and it will be the last saw you ever need.

Wow, Awesome. Sounds like you are in for a great setup event.

First off, after the cover comes off (zip bolts in the outside) and you take off the boxes and styrofoam, get your buddies to help you lift it straight up and over the hardwood cleats (four of them nailed down underneath the saw). That or have them help you move the saw around so you can get those cleats out so you can slide it off latter.

Those cleats are a bear to work around by yourself.

Best to just slide it off right into the base if you have it.

Thanks for the unpacking advice, but mine is not boxed

A guy bought it and returned to the store. I got it with full warrenty for about $600 under sticker. It had less than 10 hours on the motor

James, you can gloat all you want to. That's a fantastic saw and super deal. Please let us know your experience after you've used it for a while. Congratulations.

Congrats on the new saw, but as they say no pictures - it didn't happen. I have the 3hp version and love it.
