Have any of you tried these ? Do they line up properly? Do you use it often?...Thanks

Once I got a good setup (didn't take but a few tries) I made a setup block out of a scrap of oak for 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" material. Now setup is quick and unless the design calls for something else I use them everytime.

Yes, I have one, and it works well. Make sure your router table top is perfectly flat, use featherboards for consistent downward pressure, and run test pieces.

Glenn, I like the idea of the setup blocks...don't know why I didn't think of it before:o
