Amazon has it for 99 and if I buy it to combine it with my PC 7518 I just ordered, I can get another 25 dollar credit from amazon. Would make it essentially 74 dollars. Gotta be worth that.

I have several of the 691 combinations.
10 maybe? I'll have to sort them out.

Thats a great price on a D-handle. Cheapest I've ever seen:D

The 690 series is respected. I have the 890 series. I have read more than once that some prefer the older 690 models.

THe 690s have been around for "eons" and are proven tools. The newer generation has some nicer features, but the 690, especially at a good sale price is not a bag tool to add to your bag.

Must be some kind of deal the manufacturers have with Amazon. No tools will ship into Canada and Amazon.ca does not sell tools. Too bad, exchange, duty and all, that is a great price on a nice little router.
