I just thought I'd say hi. I'm down in Brazil and was reading posts for awhile and thought I'd gloat about the 90 degrees here in Brazil. Left snow in Iowa on Monday and Tuesday I'm in the middle of Summer and Carnival ( but of course I'm working here). Life is good :-)

8deg. last night. Moustash (sp?) froze solid while shoveling 4 tons of heated cold-patch into the pot-holes (craters) on the highway.

Ahhh, yes, Carnaval. I was there when I was 15 and a soph in HS. It is certainly amazing how an entire COUNTRY can shut down for a full week. And I mean shut down and PARTY. Crazy.
