Sometimes when I click the “New Posts” or Back button it loads normally and sometimes it’ll take so long that it times out. It’s pretty much been like this all morning. Is it just me?

Consistent response times but wayyyyy toooo many timeouts. You're the victim of excessive retries:
Request timed out.

Don't have a clue what all that means Glenn. I just finished running Spybot anc cleaned up a few hits that it found, then rebooted. Still slow here.

I had the same problem around noon CST. Ping plotter showed that the response time to the cox.net interface was running 81 ms. Then things went to pot inside the cox system. I was getting timeouts on a regular basis, and when I did have a connection, it took a long time between the SMC server and my computer.
Things are back to normal now, at least for me.:)
I have been using Firefox as my browser this week and it seems to be noticeably faster then IE-7.

Sorry Folks,
Aaron was transfering the SawMill Creek backup files to our new server earlier today. The backup file is quite large so it took awhile and slowed our server down to a crawl.
I'm not sure when Aaron will be placing the new server online, he needs to setup vBulletin and install our existing database so he can test the new server. Aaron will be installing some new modules for SMC and our chat server, he may decide to install everything before he brings the new server online. Aaron has installed the new sever in my shop office right next to our existing server...that's all I know.
