Another example of LV customer service

I place an order a week ago for some odds and ends I need for projects. FedEx said it was delivered yesterday morning, but no package. I guess it walked away. :mad:

Called LV, and they said they'd reship immediately and would file a claim against FedEx for compensation. I didn't even have to ask them what they would do.

Just one of the reasons I'll continue to buy from them.

Bummer...especially when LV ships so fast and it normally is "there" so quick! I guess someone else is enjoying the original shipment...

But yes, they are awesome on customer support.
