Graphics like that show why it's so hard to maintain a perspective on history and the present.

Who was there first? Everybody thinks they were, and the ones before them didn't really count.

Well no wonder they don't want democracy, independence, and freedom of religion. With out a history of it, they don't know what it is. Normal is what you grow up thinking is normal.
