Hello,
Yesterday, at the Customer Appreciation Days Sale at Rockler I had a chance to talk to a Porter-Cable representative. I believe his name was Dutch Eisan. Anyway, I was telling him of my problem with my ROS 333. It would not come up to speed even when pressure was applied to it. He asked me how old it was and I said that I purchased it less than a year ago from this very Rockler store. Then I remembered that I had the sander in the back of my car so I went out and got it.
He didn't even plug it in but took it from me and handed me a brand new one.
