Bought a Disston #12, filed rip, from Jon Zimmer:

Came clean, sharp, and nicely set:

The medallion seems to indicate a manufacture date somewhere between 1896 and 1917:

Made a 14" freehand cut in a piece of cedar -- no line to cut to, just let the saw go where it wanted. It's ruler-straight:
