This is a minor thing but it's good to know who the good guys are: I use Plano storage boxes (like tackle boxes but not hard plastic) to store router bits in the RT and for screws, etc. in general. One of the boxes I got didn't have all the little dividers.
This is one of those minor parts that can sometimes be more hassle to obtain than they're worth. I emailed Plano giving them the number that is molded into the dividers and asked if they could be purchased separately. A few days later 40 of them showed up in my mailbox. That was a lot easier than dealing with the BORG.
