It's always nice to know that great customer service is alive and well!
As some of you may know I've been shopping for a woodburning system for a while and had narrowed my choices down to the Razortip or Burnmaster. I came across a website to an family owned business in Washington state that is managed by a professional pyrographer who also happens to sell both these units. The owner was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me select the right burner for my particular needs. She also worked with me through a last minute order change on my part and went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted.
Kudos to "Nedra's Pyrography & Sawdust Collection" ( http://www.nedraspyrography.com/index.html )! I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a good burning system! Good prices, great service, and some extra touches (such as better cords, etc) than you'll get from Treeline or the other usual suspects.
p.s. - In case you're curious, I ended up choosing the Razortip unit.
