Finish Over Sticker

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a finish that I could use over a sticker or other paper glued to a pen.

Flex Coat Rod Wrapping Finish. It's a two part Epoxy finish that dries clear and is normally used over thread wraps, decorative butt wraps, inscriptions, and decals. We normally apply a color preserver or craft sealer first. You could also use spray lacquer but I would seal the decal first or spray with a very light mist coat first (you don't want the solvent in your finish to attack your decal).
