Dwg file

I have a dwg file that I cannot seem to view either by opening or importing into Corel 12. Can anyone help?

I can import it into Corel Draw X3 Jeff. It seems to be a set of 3D projections (looking at an object from different angles) but the object itself has no vectors in it at all - it's a bunch of nothing!

Thank you for the file. This customer wants his 3C logo on these spacers. they are aluminum so I guess it would have to be cermark or he uses black anodized alum and laser his 3C logo into it.
