OT Powerpoint 2003 problem

I am working with Powerpoint 2003 and I want to use the "autoformat for inserted objects" feature for clipart. The problem is I have the correct box checked off under tools and it seems not to want to work. :(

I was told by someone in another forum that this feature has been disabled because of its umpopularity.
