Tom
I forwarded one that David Dundas offered to share a few weeks back. You might look at my thread from a few weeks ago. There were several jigs posted. David's appears to be the most accurate though.

Tom,
I made one from an older Shopsmith. I used linear bearings and rails from
8020 Inc to make a sliding table to mount on the shopsmith table. The quill feed controls the depth of cut, and the table height controls placement.

No pics yet I just a digital camera I am still figureing things out. I made mine out of a Porter cable Router table I no loger used. Slight modification to the fence hardware allowed me to mount the router horzontially to an MDF platform. To the platform I added an XY table made from modified ball bearing drawer slides and more MDF I added some t-track to hold stops and holddowns. I used a press screw between the old router table and the MDF platform to give me the Z adjustment. I will try to get a pic added in the next couple of days. Rick de Roque built the one from FWW and was my mentor in this project he even sold me the Drawer slides.
