Rockler delivery?

I order a few things from them yesterday around 1:00PM and it was delivered at 10:30 this morning by a speedy delivery van. I am simply amazed at this. Is this common or has any one ever had this happen.

This is real typical for me also.

I always assumed it was because Rockler's main operation is in Minnesota and I am right next door in Wisconsin.

My experience has been somewhere between two days, and a full month from Rockler. Usually very fast, but they have some real good sales, and the last guy to order will wait a while for their next shipment. In my experience, add Woodcraft and Tyler Tool to the list of quick shippers.

I'm in California so the shipping isn't that fast, but it's usually very good. I know that they got backed up at the holidays because of the season, sales and the free shipping. My last order, that I ordered Monday afternoon, was delivered on Friday. That's even using their current "free shipping" code. I've had very good shipping servive from Hartville as well, but not quite that fast.
