I contacted Exaktor Tools yesterday to get a few questions answered on their sliding tables for my table saw. Once all questions were answered I explained that I liked Amazon.com's price and the fact that I would not have to pay shipping or tax but did not want to wait the three weeks Amazon said it would take before they shipped one to me because I really need this sliding table ASAP.
Customer Service said they would see what they could do and call me back. They called back the next day saying they found a distributor that would match the Amazon price and not charge tax or shipping.
I appreciate them putting forth the effort to make sure my needs were met!
