Someone posted about this show in another thread, but would like this question to have more exposure.

How do I even go? I see the registration page, but it's a bit confusing. Do I have to be certified? I see it asks what ceritifications you have, CRS or CRM. I just want to see all the exhibits and nothing more. Can I just sign up as a non member retailer?

TIA

Anybody can go. You just have to pay the fee which is about $85 as i recall. Or you can join ARA and attend free. Membership the last time I checked was just under $300. I dropped my membership after the first year as not cost effective.

But the show is "the" show in the engraving business so if you're inclined to go I would recommend it.

Craig,

I'm not an ARA member, but I'm attending the show (exhibit hall) for a cost of $50. That's for a non-member retailer.

For the awards and engraving industry, in the U.S., the ARA Las Vegas show is "the" one to attend.

CRS = Certified Recognition Specialist

CRM = Certified Recognition Master

Certifications are achieved through accumulating points through attending education classes/seminars.

If you plan to go, do yourself a favor and register online. On-site registration, on the opening day of the exhibit hall, is something you'll want to avoid.
