Delta 34-444 Contractor saw

I've been thinking about a TS lately, and a used 34-444 turned up locally. I've only seen pictures (it's about a 40-mile drive), but at $300, it looks like it may be pretty good.

Anyone familar with this saw?

My Dad bought a new in 1985 36-444 contractor saw fitted with Unifence 52". He used it pretty well for a hobbyist for 12 years then I inherited it added link belt, machined pulley. We built a dust trap and mobile base too. It worked very well and I was lucky enought to get a great deal on 3HP Uni so I sold this for $350 plus a ton of extras last year. $300 sounds good as long as you get comfortable the arbor/blade assembly is true and motor is fine.

Well, this one doesn't have the unifence, I guess I'll pass on it.
