The power of SMC continues to rise as more and more visitors are registering as members. We have now exceeded 1600 registered members (1607). We had 107 new members sign up this month alone. Welcome to all of those.
As we continue to grow our influence with tool manufacturers and distributors also grows accordingly. As a matter of good business they will pay more attention to a group this size than to an individual. Many manufacturers and distributors of tools and woodworking supplies/accessories regularly monitor this forum.

- We are establishing solid relationships with woodworking magazines, manufacturers and sales outlets. The use of handles is counterproductive if we expect these organizations to take us seriously as a group.
