Mini Tools

Looking for some help with making some tools for doing some mini turning. I seen a bunch of stuff made in minature but was hoping to get a look at some of your tools used.

I get a lot of flack about using files but some of my best tools are files and never a problem. I make handles for them grind the back of file on 1" sander and remove teeth on back. Then I grind any profile I want. I realize I use them on small stock and pens and thus have no excitement. I also have heavy hitters I have bought that take care of the big stuff that might prove a problem with the files. Harry

For turning miniatures you can get allen wrenches, old drill bits, cheap screwdrivers and just gring the head the shape you need. There is a little article in Woodturning Design about miniatures.
