I am making a dining table for my daughter out of walnut. Attached are pictures of the base in progress. I made the legs so they are removable since the table will over 7 feet long with no leaves. The bottom is made of 1/2" mdf. I still have to put the stretchers on.

Here are the panels for the top of the dining table. It shows cutting the veneer, gluing the panels in my veneer press (did I mention I got a new vacuum press), glueing the panels and the finished panels. I ended up planing the panels because I didn't buy the Performax in time. I also found the 3/8" plywood fits a 3/8" regular straight router bit, while a 1/4" plywood bit is too large for 1/4" plywood.
