Right now my psi barrel trimmer is so dull it's ripping up my blanks and making things worse. How would I go about sharpening it? I tried once before with my grinder, but that doesn't seem to have helped at all.
Thanks

Problem with a grinder is that it is very easy to vary the length of the cutters so they are out of balance. Try using a diamond stone or some sort of slip stone to get the edge back to sharp.

You can also use the diamond stone to make a few passes on the vertical faces. This will work without changing the length or angle of the cutters.

Sharpen on the vertical faces...NOT the cutting bevel.
I use a diamond stone/card and put it flat on the face. Swipe few times and it is sharp again (repeat on all 4 faces and you're done).
