Hello All,
Thought I would share a recent purchase with all of you, I was approached about building a table for a client. He wanted turned legs, I don't have the skill or the tooling to do this. So after I did some searching I ended up buying legs from this place, it is called "classic designs from Matthew Burak". I just recieve them in the mail today, I have to say I was pretty impressed. They look fantastic, no sapwood, and very precise! They cost about 200$ delivered, they are solid cherry, 29 inches long and 2 3/4 by 2 3/4 inches. The part that sold me on this purchase is that they are made in St. Johnsbury Vermont, you always want to support the local guy...I hope to start the table this weekend and will provide pics on the completed project. Thought this might interest some of you.
