Craftsman 10" table saw 24884?

I have the opportunity to get a 24884 for around $100. It is lightly used and fairly new. Is this a decent saw for the money? I don't really see myself using the table saw an aweful lot, but my circular saw is dying, and I'd love to have the functionality that a table saw brings.

Any input? Advice?
