Had a problem with my 1591VSK Jigsaw. Checked online and found a Bosch "Rapid Repair" partner about 10 minutes from work. Dropped it off Monday afternoon, got a call from the repair site (50 miles from me where I thought I was going to have to take it) the next day to clarify the complaint, got a call from the Rapid Repair partner the day after that notifying me that the saw was back. Picked it up that afternoon.

Bosch's site says they'll turn around your repair through a Rapid Repair partner in 5 business days or its free. Warranty work is free anyway and some of the smaller or more remote RR folks charge a small service fee for non-warranty work.

Anyway, saw's fixed and fixed fast. Guy who called me was knowledgable and polite. I'm a happy guy.
