View Full Version : Extending Rikon 14" Band Saw

Anyone know if the standard Rikon 14" band can be extended for more resaw capacity? It maxes out at 6" or so now and I would like to have some more.

No such luck with the standard Rikon 14". All the Rikons have the box steel type frames. I'm guessing that is why Rikon came out with the 13" high cut on a 14" wheel size saw.

What Jude said. This is a steel frame saw; one piece frame.
