I need to cut several (50) quarter sized dishes for a display case that will hold WEEBLES! Yes, those things that wobble but they don't fall down. My question is, is there a bit or drill that I could cut these indentations out with?

I can think of two bits that would work for you. The first one and better choice is a plunge cutting ball cutter Eagle has one sized at 3/4 width wich might work for you. The second is a round nose bit, I am not sure if these are meant for plunge work or not. They have one at one inch which matches the size of a quarter. Hope this helps with what you need.

If I remember correctly, weebles have a rounded bottom. If you're looking for a no-wobble fit, it would need to be a rounded hole. If that doesn't matter, a regular dishing bit would work, but they leave a flat bottom.
