Just picked up a Delta TS 350 on clearance for $100! This saw will replace a Makita that I use for installs. Im retrofitting a Rousseau table I've used for all my portable table saws for the new delta. Went to aling the Rousseau fence to the Delta and noticed the extension wings were out of whack. I have now spent too many hours trying to align these bastards. My thought is that the extensions are just crappy mills, with ever so slight crowns to them.

One thought I had was to ease the edge of the adjoining extensions and hold them just shy of the main table. Has anyone experienced this situation before?

I'm not getting the picture here. Are you using the CI wings that come with the sawbody? If so the TS top and wings should all align well to start with. If not, stop here and resolve that.

I'm getting the idea that the fence does not ride over the table top and wings consistently. Is that it?
