So I'm home for lunch getting ready to head out again......Snow flakes falling........the door bell rings......Look what the mailman had for me! All the way from New Jersey!..........Thanks Kurt Rosenzweig! I'll try to put it to good use! I have not seen Sassafras since I was a teenage Boy Scout and we were digging the roots for bundling and selling to local residents to generate funds for our local Boy Scout troop! We'll see how this goes....maybe use my earlier gloat on this gloat....a sassafras HF with an African blackwood collar.........We'll see!

I've learned from the best! You should of seen the postal workers face when I ploped it on the scale and dust fell out the seams.

Nice!!! Let us know how you like the sassafrass. Those on my property are all very tiny trees, so it will be beyond my lifetime before they might get some lathe time... LOL!
