What is the best, off the shelf, epoxy or glue for the polycarb? I am getting the polycarb at HD and they had some adhesive above it, but it said "Great flexibility". I don't want it to be flexible. Basically I am making box without a top.

Nevermind, I found an old thread that says to get it at hobby shops. Wasn't able to delete this thread.

Teri,

Can you link the old thread or tell me what adhesive was reccomended, I'm curious and will most likely pick some up myself.

I think the hobby shops are the worst place to buy such stuff. I use
Weld-on for gluing polycarbonate and acrylic plastic. Sold in hardare stores and industrial supply places like Mcmaster. they make different grades with different set up speeds. Basically it melts the plastic so it melds together better than if using epoxy or other glues.
