I just got done sharpening and reinstalling my blades on my 6" Powermatic jointer. At the end of most boards i'm getting planer like snipe. There is a noticable dip at the end of the board. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your outfeed table is too low. Raise it up till the snipe goes away.

Jointer snipe is easy to handle.....like Brian notes.

Raising the outfeed table works, unless you have a fixed outfeed table as I do (old Craftsman jointer). Then you have to lower the blades just a bit. It's a bit of a pain, but possible.

As the other posters indicated, try to line up outfeed table with top of blades. If I recall correctly, PM uses handwheels and this should be relatively easy procedure.
