Just saw a post about making miters match and remembered something I have been wanting to ask you pros.
I recently made a picture frame from a length of crown molding. Made the miters using my Incra 100SE. Here's the problem. I made the first cut with the flat side down, then flipped the piece end-for-end to make the miter on the other end. Only when I finished all four sides did I realize that when I flipped end-for-end I also had to flip the piece upside down so now the curved side was riding on the tabletop and the resulting cut was now out of plane.
What should I have done? (So I can learn from my mistake!)
