That's Saeeds 577 Tyranasaurus Rex from one of the clips on his website AccurateReloading. There are a lot of clips like that there.

I'm just wondering what caliber they were shooting.
I remember the first time I fired my Mini-14 (.223) in an indoor range. Talk about muzzle flash! I thought the gun had blown up.:)

I've seen this one from the source. It really is a wildcat caliber called the .577 TRex.

Thanks, David. I didn't realize you were giving us the name of the wildcat round. I knew it had to be something with more whomp! than usual.
I remember an ad I used to see in Shotgun News for the .45-70 derringer: "Actually killed an elk!" I always thought they forced the elk to shoot the thing. :D

a .45 - 70 derringer?
The ballistic s must be wild. I've shot the 45-70 winchester rifle the ballistic is like an ICBM.
How big was the muzzle flash in the derringer and could you start a charcoal grill with it?

I don't know, I only saw the ad. You couldn't pay me to fire it, though. Even a .38 derringer is hard to hang onto unless it has a big grip. No thanks.

Pretty funny, but boy wouldn't that be a good "squirrel" gun. :p :D

I have a friend who hunted elk with a 454 Cassuul? (sp?) revolver. I was hunting whitetail with a 44 mag revolver in those days.......
I fired it (the 454) ONCE at the rifle range....that was ENOUGH!
