I have a Jet oscillating sander. The sleeve on it has been on for quite awhile. I can't seem to remove it. Does anyone have any ideas. I had this problem once before and someone said to put it in the oven and that would schrink the rubber enough to pull it off. I can't remember at what temp. or for how long. Any help would be appreicated.

I have gotten them off by putting my foot and weight then roll it back and forth. It may take 250#.

Use some hose clamps to compress the rubber for a while then babypowder as previously stated

I had that problem and put mine in a freezer for and hour. The rubber shrank and the sleeve came right off.

Thanks for the replies. I like the idea of the freezer. I did use the over and @ 350 for about 10 min. and let it cool. Sure enough it did slip right off.
