Chuckle as you may, but I'm going to take the first course in smithing at my Votech this spring. That is if I still have the strength to lift the sledges. HOHO!:) :)

Blacksmithing may be my next hobby to add to woodworking, golf, and reenacting. Took a course a few years ago and loved. Wish I had a forge like that. Looks like a good start. Best part is you can make your own tools.

Just a bit. I've long lusted after this item. The fan takes some ffort to turmn, but I'm confident that an oil bath will do the trick. I guess I'll be getting coal from my neighborhood coal fired elecxtric supplier.

Coal fired eh? Hey that is a pretty good reason to be bad next year. If you lived closer, I'm sure I could get in enough troube this year to supply the coal for both our needs!
