milwaukee chuck

Hey guys, I have a milwaukee drill with a 3/8 24 chuck that is all boogered up. I want to replace the chuck, but the allen head screw thats inside the chuck seems to be stripped, any advice?

On my one Milwaukee drill, the screw inside the chuck is a Torx T-25, not a hex head. Also bear in mind that the screw should be reverse threaded, so turn clockwise to loosen.

In the case of the left hand thread, it's lefty tighty, righty loosey!:D
