Waterbed plans?

My wife just made a comment about wanting a waterbed again. I am wondering if anyone here has or has seen any good plans for building a waterbed. Any and all styles would be ok as we have not decided what we would like it to look like. Thanks

First thing- Good Luck on finding a water bed mattress. Last one I bought came from Wal-Mart. It is over ten years old, and has outlasted the two previous ones, without one leak. Costs about half of what I paid for either of the other two. You can always start with a "sandbox frame, 2X10's on the floor. Be sure to have mattress in hand before building any frame. Mine has a six drawer frame of 2X10's, a 3/4" plywood deck,and frame with bookcase head board. Drawer assembly has 3/4 ply top and bottom, and is made in two pieces. This was the only way to get it up the stairs. Really feels good to get into a warm bed at nite.
