Laserkerf Drift?

About a year or two ago, I installed a Laserkerf on my Makita 12" slider. Ever since, I've found that the laser line drifts off alignment from day to day and has to be realigned. I've gotten to where I don't even use it anymore. I read a recent post about the unit and others seem to love it, so it has renewed my interest in making it work. Has anyone else had the same or similar problem with the Laserkerf drifting? What was your solution?

Hi Derek,
I have a laserkerf on a delta 10" cms. It's been on their for about 18 months and I have not noticed any drift at all. You might contact Laserkerf to see if it is defective.
