Noise control

Howdy everybody,
Looking or a solution for noise control in the shop. Not everyone in my neighborhood enjoys the sounds of power tools quite like I do.
Have any of you addressed this situation? I'd be curious to know what works... accoustic tiles, super-thick insulation...?
