Since I'm still here I will post a few pics from yesterdays work ...
with everyone's help I was able to finally find a liquid candle for some confetti lamps, I thought I'd share my first one with you,
This one was supposed to actually be upside down but I forgot which way I was going until it was too late so I, uhhmm, well, improvised...
Mahogany-
7" dia -- 2"tall
sanded to 600 no finish on it yet though,

Nice Job!
With good form you should be able to turn it up or down and it will look good.

Nice wood, unique shape - overall a very nice looking confetti lamp! Were you going to put some form of finish on it? Curious - think it would help the grain stand out. Nice work!

That is a very nice lamp... really cool! I actually prefer it the way it was improvised... looks nicer. Really pretty piece of wood too!
