Since I'm still here I will post a few pics from yesterdays work ...
with everyone's help I was able to finally find a liquid candle for some confetti lamps, I thought I'd share my first one with you,
This one was supposed to actually be upside down but I forgot which way I was going until it was too late so I, uhhmm, well, improvised...

Mahogany-
7" dia -- 2"tall
sanded to 600 no finish on it yet though,
Critiques welcome
Thanks,
--Chris

Nice Job!
With good form you should be able to turn it up or down and it will look good.
Mighty fine looking Confetti Lamp!

Nice wood, unique shape - overall a very nice looking confetti lamp! Were you going to put some form of finish on it? Curious - think it would help the grain stand out. Nice work!
